The Executive Director is responsible for leading the organization in its mission to promote and support the Muslim community. This includes directing organizational planning, controlling expenditures, developing and executing operational strategies, cultivating relationships with stakeholders/supporters (internal and external), ensuring legal compliance of all operations, managing financial resources wisely, recruiting qualified staff members and volunteers as needed, creating programs that are aligned with our mission and vision statements. The Executive Director will have final authority over all administrative decisions made by the organization.

Program Manager of our team is the ideal position for a self-motivated individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. They will be responsible for planning, implementing, evaluating, and reporting on projects related to various initiatives within the organization. This role will involve working collaboratively with internal teams as well as external partners to ensure that objectives are met in an efficient and effective manner. Excellent problem solving skills are a must as Program Managers need to leverage resources effectively while managing multiple priorities.
